Refund Policy
What can be refunded on a Divi Love licence, how to ask, and how the money comes back.

01What is covered
This policy applies to paid Divi Connect licences bought through our payments partner, Freemius — the yearly plans and the one-time lifetime licence alike. The free plan involves no payment, so nothing here applies to it.
Freemius is the merchant of record for every sale. They take the payment, handle any sales tax, VAT or GST, and issue the refund itself; this policy is our commitment about when we ask them to.
02The refund window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund. If it is not the right fit, tell us inside that window and we will refund it, no hard feelings.
The window runs from the purchase, not from when you first signed up. Buying from this site takes payment straight away, and the lifetime licence is covered by the same 7-day window as the yearly plans. If you upgrade from inside the free plugin you may be offered a trial there instead; in that case nothing is charged until the trial ends.
03How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or use the billing link in your Freemius receipt, and we will take care of it. Telling us what did not work helps, but it is not a condition — you do not have to justify the request.
04What is excluded
Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
Renewals of a subscription you have already used for a term. You can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge; cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding a term already served.
Licences obtained in breach of our terms — for example a shared or resold key — and purchases where a chargeback has already been raised with your bank, since that process replaces this one.
05How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to your original payment method, issued by Freemius as the merchant of record. How quickly it appears is down to your bank or card issuer rather than to us; a few working days is typical.
