We want you to be happy with Divi Connect. If it is not the right fit, we offer a 7-day refund on new paid purchases.

Request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it, no hard feelings. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payments partner, Freemius.

Professional includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate it first. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. The refund window above applies to paid purchases.

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or use the billing link in your Freemius receipt, and we will take care of it.

Subscriptions renew automatically so your licence and updates continue. You can cancel anytime before a renewal to avoid the next charge; cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding past terms.
