These terms govern your use of the divilove.com website and the Divi Love products (including Divi Connect). By using the site or our products you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

When you obtain Divi Connect, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on the number of sites included in your plan, for as long as your licence is active. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the software.

Paid plans and any free trial are sold and processed by our payments partner, Freemius. A trial may require a payment method and converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout.

You agree not to misuse the products — including attempting to bypass licensing, disrupt the service, or use them for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and publish using our tools.

The Divi Love name, branding, website, and Divi Connect software are our property or our licensors'. The open-source divi5-skill is provided separately under its own (MIT) licence.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use them at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divi Love is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You may stop using the products at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its updated date.
