What data is involved in buying and running Divi Connect, where it goes, and how to get it back or have it deleted.

01What this policy covers
This policy covers the divilove.com website and the Divi Connect plugin. It is operated by Divi Love, a sole proprietorship registered as The Imperfect Mind (proprietor Shashank Gupta), C-257, Suraj Mal Vihar, Delhi 110092, India. Questions about anything on this page: [email protected].
It does not cover your own site's visitors. If you use Divi Connect to build a site, the data your visitors leave with you is yours to account for, under your own policy.
02What data is collected
When you join our list or contact us. The email address, and any name, that you type into the form.
When you buy a licence. Freemius, our payments partner, collects the billing details needed to take the payment and issue the licence. We see the resulting licence and order record; we never see your full card number.
When you browse the site. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
When your site checks its licence or asks for an update. Your site URL, the plugin and WordPress versions, and a timestamp.
03How that data is used
To run the thing you asked for: taking payment, issuing and checking your licence, delivering updates, and answering your support messages.
To keep the site working and secure, which is what the technical data above is for.
To email you the updates and resources you signed up for, and to tell you about our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.
04Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. Analytics is Google Analytics. You can control cookies through the consent banner and through your browser settings, and withdraw consent at any time by the same route.
05Third parties and sub-processors
Freemius — payments and licensing, and the merchant of record for every sale.
FluentCRM — our mailing list, self-hosted on our own WordPress site rather than on a third-party marketing platform, so your contact details stay with us.
Google (Gmail SMTP) — delivers our email, and processes it in transit.
Cloudflare — content delivery and protection for the website.
Google Analytics — website usage statistics.
FreeScout — our helpdesk, which holds support conversations.
